If your purchase still isn't there, please contact our Support Team and include a receipt of your purchase (acceptable receipts can be a forward of your payment confirmation or a screenshot of your receipt). If you don't include a receipt of your purchase, it will take longer for you to receive compensation for your purchase.
When submitting your ticket, please ensure your game is connected to Facebook. If your device isn't synced up to Facebook, we won't be able to credit you what you're missing.
Please note: For purchases through Facebook, it may take up to 3-4 hours for you to receive your purchase.
